CodeSync SI is an engineering desk for real projects. It scans the tree, diagnoses structure and quality, applies only safe repairs, reviews the result, and generates code. On your machine the default model is Ollama. The hosted desk uses Cloudflare Workers AI, with your own key when you want it.
The desktop app and local models are free. Hosted projects are a paid plan. There is no free cloud tier.
What the engine actually does
Diagnose
Find empty files, broken relative imports, debugger statements, eval, unused bindings, and files nothing else imports.
Repair
Apply the safe edits only: drop debugger statements and rename unused bindings. You download the repaired tree.
Review
Score the snapshot and list the next actions. A hosted model can add a note. The score does not depend on it.
Generate
Ask for a module. Workers AI writes files when it returns JSON. If it does not, the built-in template is used and labeled as a template.
Ollama, locally
The desktop app and CLI default to Ollama at localhost:11434. No paid key is required to scan, repair, or generate on your machine.
